Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pairag’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by the Pairag team (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Pairag provides a multi-stage task platform built on matching and collaboration, including task creation, manifests, recruiting and applications, alignment, execution workflows, in-task chat, document storage features, membership tiers, and points as a usage unit. Features available to you depend on your account type, product configuration, and applicable law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Fees and payment processing
Some features are paid (e.g. membership subscriptions, point packs). Prices and taxes appear at checkout or in your in-app purchase flow. **Who processes payment depends on where you buy:** purchases **inside our app distributed via Google Play** are billed by **Google Play** (in-app purchases, including Google Pay and other methods your store account supports). Purchases **inside our app distributed via the App Store** are processed by **Apple**. Purchases on **other clients** (such as web or desktop) are processed by **Stripe** or other online payment providers we enable. Paid features are also subject to the **applicable app store or payment provider** terms and privacy policies. You authorize us and those parties to charge your selected payment method for amounts you agree to at purchase time.
Subscriptions, Points, and changes
Recurring subscriptions renew according to the plan you select until you cancel in the account or app store flow we provide. Point purchases are generally delivered as account balance or credits for platform use. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in our Refund policy, fees for completed purchases may be non-refundable. We may change prices or plans with reasonable advance notice where required.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service: no illegal activity, fraud, harassment, IP infringement, attempts to break security, scraping that overloads the Service, or use that violates export or sanctions rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or payment partners. To help keep the community safe and fair, we may use signals such as your account reputation score to identify accounts subject to heightened official monitoring (for example, unusually low scores or patterns reasonably associated with violations or abusive behavior). This may limit access to certain features or participation in designated programs. If violations continue or you repeatedly breach these Terms or this Acceptable Use section, we may take further action after review, including restricting features, suspending, or permanently terminating your account.
Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and our content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you and other participants you collaborate with, consistent with your privacy choices and product behavior.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. To the extent permitted by law, our **total aggregate liability** for claims arising out of these Terms or the Service **shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim**. **If you paid us nothing in that period, your monetary recovery from us is zero** except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
