Fastest path: finish closure inside the Pairag app. If you cannot sign in, email us from your registered address—we typically respond within 24 hours.
In the app (recommended)
Sign in on mobile, desktop, or the web app. Go to Settings → App settings, choose Close account, and confirm. Once completed, you will be signed out and the same email or linked social login cannot be used to open a new account.
