Additional fees
You are responsible for your own internet access and communications costs. We do not add platform surcharges beyond what is shown when you pay. **For web or other Stripe checkout paths**, consumption tax and similar lines appear as shown at **Stripe Checkout**. **For purchases inside the App Store or Google Play app**, taxes and totals follow **the store checkout**. Konbini (convenience store) payments are not offered, so there are no related collection fees.
Returns, exchanges, and refund policy
<Non-defective cancellations/refunds> Pairag provides digital services and membership benefits; because of the nature of digital content, purchases are generally not cancellable or refundable after purchase. To cancel a subscription, use your account settings in the app before the next renewal date. <Defective services> If the service cannot reasonably be used as described due to our fault, email us using the address above. After we verify the issue, we will handle it fairly (which may include correction within a reasonable time or a proportional refund), consistent with our Refunds & billing page and what we agree with you.
Delivery / service provision timing
You can start using the service immediately after payment is completed (digital service provided without delay).
Accepted payment methods
Depends on channel: purchases **in the App Store app** follow **Apple** payment methods shown in-app; purchases **in the Google Play app** use **Google Play billing** (including **Google Pay** and other methods your store account supports). On **web or other clients that use Stripe**, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods **as shown in Stripe Checkout** may be available.
Payment due / timing
**In-app purchases:** charges and renewals follow **Apple** or **Google** rules. **Stripe checkout:** cards and wallets are typically charged when you confirm; subscription renewals follow your issuer’s terms and **Stripe** rules on each renewal date.
Price (including consumption tax)
Prices are shown on the purchase screen and checkout you use: **in-app store** purchases follow the store’s display for your region; **Stripe** paths follow the Pricing page and **Stripe Checkout** for exact totals.
Application period
No fixed application deadline; paid plans are offered continuously. Limited-time campaigns, if any, follow the campaign page and announcements.
Quantity / sales limits
No special quantity cap unless stated on a plan page or at checkout.

Internet connection required. Recommended desktop browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge. Mobile: latest iOS / Android versions supported by our apps or web client.
