Refunds & billing policy
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing issues work for Pairag paid features. It applies together with our Terms of Service and the terms shown **in the client where you completed payment** (app store or online checkout).
Overview
Pairag sells digital services: membership access and points used on the platform. Physical goods are not shipped. Because offerings are digital, many transactions become final once access or credits are delivered, except where law requires otherwise or we explicitly state a money-back window. **Cancelling subscriptions, requesting refunds, and viewing orders** may differ depending on whether you use **iOS, Android, web, or desktop**—follow the **same client, store, or checkout** you used to purchase.
Membership subscriptions
If you subscribe to a paid plan, renewal and cancellation follow the flow in the client or app store you used (e.g. manage subscription in account settings or the store). Canceling stops future renewals; it does not always refund the current period unless required by law or store policy. If you believe you were charged after canceling, contact us with receipts and account email.
Points and one-time purchases
Point packs and similar one-time digital purchases are intended to credit your account balance for platform use. After successful payment and credit to your account, these purchases are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or where mandatory consumer law grants a right of withdrawal that cannot validly be waived.
Billing errors and unauthorized charges
If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact support@pairag.com promptly with the **date, amount, and any reference details visible on your receipt or order** (such as last four digits for cards, or an app store order ID). We will work with payment partners or store support to investigate duplicate or erroneous charges. For unauthorized card use, also contact your bank or issuer. For in-app purchase disputes, you may also use **Apple** or **Google** processes as applicable.
Regional consumer rights
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory rights (for example certain EU/UK cooling-off rules for distance contracts), those rights apply to the extent required by law notwithstanding the summary above. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory protections.
