Child safety standards
Pairag is a task-matching platform with social features. We are committed to a safe environment for everyone. This page describes our standards for Google Play and similar requirements, with emphasis on preventing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Zero tolerance
We strictly prohibit any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). There is no tolerance for content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors.
Prevention and content review
We combine automated detection (including AI-assisted filtering where applicable) with human moderation and user reports to identify, remove, and escalate harmful content. Policies and tooling may evolve; we apply them consistently to protect minors and the broader community.
How to report
If you see content or behavior that violates these standards, use the in-app Report controls: they are available on user profile and detail pages, in messages and conversations, and on comments, among other surfaces. You may also email us at support@pairag.com. Include relevant links, screenshots, or descriptions so we can investigate promptly.
Legal compliance
Where required by law, we report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with competent local authorities. Nothing on this page limits our obligations under applicable law.
